Rehab rehab rehab.....

Nothing like a little hamstring tear to knock you off your tracks eh? Rather frustratingly, last week whilst out on the track, my right hamstring decided it didn't want to play....Thankfully its just a small tear but enough to stop me running and of course form competing at Hyde Park and the Worlds. Not a happy bunny. Not a happy bunny at all. In fact when I haven't been stretching, rehabing or at the physio I am generally sulking!! As I have mentioned before I don't really do patience so this is killing me.....and my flat mate too probs!!

On the plus side though things had been looking pretty awesome before I got injured so hopefully if I can control myself we'll be back up and running soon enough :) I'm telling you though, sitting on the bikes in the gym with grannies pushing a higher resistance than you doesn't do your reputation any good! Anyone got a spare hamstring??? xXx

Why should I upgrade to Internet Explorer 7? Microsoft has redesigned Internet Explorer from the ground up, with better security, new capabilities, and a whole new interface. Many changes resulted from the feedback of millions of users who tested prerelease versions of the new browser. The most compelling reason to upgrade is the improved security. The Internet of today is not the Internet of five years ago. There are dangers that simply didn't exist back in 2001, when Internet Explorer 6 was released to the world. Internet Explorer 7 makes surfing the web fundamentally safer by offering greater protection against viruses, spyware, and other online risks.
