Forget Spice Girls, Take That or even Blur...this is the comback you have all been waiting for.

Okay so a lot has happened since I last posted….I am officially a Bridge of Allan resident. After 8 months of nothing I have finally begun training again. My status as a complete geek has been confirmed thanks to Uni grades and apparently Michael Schumacher is The Stig. I’m not convinced… One thing which I am tres excited about right now is my training resuming after possibly the most frustrating 8 months of my life. For those of you who don’t know, I had a bit of a medical problem over winter which we believed could be helped by pulling me off training. And after meeting with God knows how many doctors, literally becoming a human pin cushion and having a scan done turns out it made no difference at all. Joy. But before I get too in depth, I am healthy now which is what matters most. I’m just about to finish week 9 of proper training and despite being constantly tired, sore and having some pretty nasty holes forming in my feet it is goooood to be back! The comeback has commenced. Starting training again has really tested my patience and for those of you who know me at all you will know I don’t do being patient. However as time goes on I think I am learning about this foreign concept and am gradually improving! My numbers are still nowhere near where I want them to be but I have been assured by so many people I will be back to normal before I know it. You lot better be right! So since most of my time has been taken up by training eating and sleeping I haven’t really been up to much else although have some pretty good stuff lined up for next week :D. Unbelievably gutted to have missed T in the Park last weekend, first time I haven’t been in 3 years! Been catching up on the iPlayer though and it looked awesome. Really want to go next year and was going to buy tickets however thinking on it….Is spending 3 days drinking Tennants or wine, not washing, living off ridiculously overpriced junk food (I recommend the Belgian waffle place near the NME stage. Their Belgain waffles and toffee sauce=my idea of heaven) and being on your feet 24/7 really what you want to be doing in the middle of race season?? The things us athletes give up!!! xXx

Why should I upgrade to Internet Explorer 7? Microsoft has redesigned Internet Explorer from the ground up, with better security, new capabilities, and a whole new interface. Many changes resulted from the feedback of millions of users who tested prerelease versions of the new browser. The most compelling reason to upgrade is the improved security. The Internet of today is not the Internet of five years ago. There are dangers that simply didn't exist back in 2001, when Internet Explorer 6 was released to the world. Internet Explorer 7 makes surfing the web fundamentally safer by offering greater protection against viruses, spyware, and other online risks.
