So since I'm currently reappearing on the scene it's probably best my blog on this website does too! Apologies for the lack of blogging recently, I guess I just wanted to keep my head down and have as little attention on me as possible while I got on with the mammoth task of making up for the past couple of years.

Rehab rehab rehab.....
Nothing like a little hamstring tear to knock you off your tracks eh? Rather frustratingly, last week whilst out on the track, my right hamstring decided it didn't want to play....Thankfully its just a small tear but enough to stop me running and of course form competing at Hyde Park and the Worlds.
